‘Disney sensation Miley Cyrus is hitting the road on a new 45-city tour. The Wal-Mart-sponsored tour will begin September 14 in Portland, OR and hit major cities — including Los Angeles, New York City, Dallas, Chicago, and New Orleans — before wrapping up in Miami on December 2nd.
